Brian S. Craig

With deep sadness, we share the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved Brian Stephen Craig on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at the age of 52.

Brian was a loving son, brother, uncle, cousin, friend, and a stranger who never stayed a stranger for long. His vibrant personality, quick wit, adventurous spirit, and heart of gold touched countless lives. He had a remarkable ability to make people laugh, tell a great story, and make friends wherever he went.

Born at the former Doylestown Hospital, Brian spent his early years in Buckingham before moving with his family to Clear Lake, Texas. The family returned to Doylestown in 1984, where Brian attended Gayman Elementary and Holicong Middle School and graduated from Central Bucks East in 1992. He later attended the University of Utah, earning a degree in Parks and Recreation and developing a lifelong love for the West Coast.

Brian built a successful career in staffing and talent acquisition, most recently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with SOLV Energy. He was deeply respected and loved by his colleagues.

An adventurous and independent spirit, Brian loved skiing, snowboarding, surfing, skateboarding, mountain climbing, traveling, and especially his many adventures in Costa Rica. He adored dogs and was a beloved caretaker to many of his friends’ pets, who became like family to him.

A lifelong Philadelphia sports fan, Brian proudly supported his Phillies, Flyers, and Eagles wherever life took him. He brought laughter and energy to every gathering, entertaining friends and sharing his many stories.

Brian’s greatest gift was the joy he brought to others. The tremendous outpouring of love following his passing is a testament to the many lives he touched. He was truly one of a kind and will be profoundly missed.

Brian is survived by his loving parents, Leo and Marie Craig; brothers David and Karen Craig and Jimmy and Gavin Craig; sister Kathleen; nephew Colton Craig; nieces Cosette, Scarlet, and Connor Craig; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends. He was predeceased by his grandparents, Leo and Anna Craig and Dominic and Rita Bruno, and his niece, Katie Craig.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM, Our Lady of Guadalupe Church, 5194 Cold Spring Creamery Road, Doylestown. Visitation will be held from 10:00 - 11:00 AM. Interment will be in Doylestown Cemetery.

The funeral mass will be livestreamed, the livestream will begin at 10:50 AM.
