Carolyn G. Harris

Carolyn Greenawalt Harris of Doylestown, formerly of Harrisburg passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025. She was 90 and the beloved wife of the late John Presley Harris. 

Mrs. Harris was a Penn State University graduate and remained active with their farm in Harrisburg. 

Carolyn is survived by her sons: James (Karen) and Jeffrey (Betty) and grandchildren: Michael, Lisa (predeceased), Chris, Sarah, Jack, Ben, and Scott and great-grandmother of Cole, Olivia and Penelope. 

Her funeral service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Reed and Steinbach Funeral Home, 2335 Lower State Road, Doylestown, where the family will receive guests from 1 p.m., until the time of the service. Interment will be private.
