Douglas Bradley Fisher, born September 28, 1940, in Upper Darby, Pennsylvania, passed away on March 22, 2026, at the age of 85 in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.
Douglas grew up in Upper Darby and pursued a lifelong passion for aviation. He began his career as a flight engineer and later became a pilot with Trans World Airlines, earning respect for his skill, dedication, and professionalism throughout his career.
Outside of work, Douglas enjoyed golfing, fly fishing, traveling, exploring new foods, and attending the theater. He was known for his warmth, sense of humor, and generous spirit, always finding joy in sharing experiences with family and friends.
Douglas is survived by his wife, Donna, his high-school sweetheart; his sons, Todd (Idelle) and Shael (Nicki); his daughter Shaun; his granddaughter Mailli; and his grandson, Milo.
He will be remembered for his love of life, devotion to family, and the many adventures he shared with those around him. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
As per his request, there will be no funeral service. Those who would like to honor his memory may donate to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation or a charity of their choice.
