Gerald N. Quinby, affectionately known as Jerry, passed away on February 12, 2026, at the age of 89. Born on December 24, 1936, in Doylestown, Jerry lived a life characterized by dedication, service, and a genuine passion for connecting with others.

In his professional journey, Jerry found his calling in automotive sales, where he built a reputation for his integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. His warm demeanor and extensive knowledge of the industry made him a trusted resource among clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of his career, Jerry proudly served his country in various branches of the military, including The National Guard, Army Reserve, and the U.S. Army. His respect for service and community extended beyond his time in uniform, as evidenced by his active involvement in organizations such as The Loyal Order of the Moose and his recognition as a 32nd Degree Mason. These affiliations reflected his values of camaraderie and mutual support, which he upheld throughout his life.

Jerry was also a man of many interests; he found joy in fishing and cooking, activities that allowed him to share memorable moments with friends and family. His passion in the kitchen unearthed culinary delights, often bringing loved ones together around the dinner table.

He is survived by his son, Brian Quinby and his wife Dianne, along with his brother Carroll Quinby.  Jerry was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Alice Hager Quinby, and his son, Mark Quinby. His legacy will endure through the cherished memories and the lasting impact he made on those fortunate enough to know him.

Jerry Quinby's life serves as an enduring reminder of the virtues of service, friendship, and the simple joys that connect us all. He will be dearly missed by his family and the many lives he touched throughout his remarkable journey.
