Kevin Phillip Bergey went to be at peace with his heavenly Father on May 21, 2026. He was 37 years old.
Born in Meadowbrook, PA, he is the son of Phillip and Peggy Bergey of Hartsville, PA.
Growing up, Kevin was a competitive swimmer for Fanny Chapman, and lettered in Swimming and Marching Band at Central Bucks East H.S. He earned his Associate's Degree from Bucks County Community College and received his Bachelor of Business Administration (Economics) from Temple University Fox School of Business.
Kevin was a licensed Financial Advisor with Bank of America/Merrill, in Pennington, NJ, working in several roles for over a decade, including financial advising, operations, fraud, and risk management. He valued working there, had a love of finance and analyzing markets, and was always looking for new investment methods to help his clients build wealth.
Kevin had a passion for juggling, always practicing new techniques and with various props. He performed at local fairs and competed in national juggling competitions, most recently medaling at the World Juggling Federation Competition in Las Vegas. Also an avid break dancer, Kevin was often at the center of the dance floor, and many special memories were shared with his brother Joel in dance battles. He enjoyed traveling, watching movies, and playing video games, and loved playing and introducing others to complex strategy games, such as Four Way Chess and Catan. He was a people person and was able to strike up a conversation with anyone. A loving brother, son, and uncle, Kevin cherished spending free time with family, friends and teaching his nieces and nephews board games, chess, juggling, and exploring nature.
Kevin is survived by his parents; his sister, Lina Weidner (Mark), his brother, Joel (Shannon), and sister, Emily Dewberry (Kristofer); nephews Evan, Lincoln, and Joel Thomas; nieces, Emma, Ashley, Alexis, and Kira.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lino and Engracia Fuentes, C. Joseph Bergey, and Judith Lehn; Uncles Paul Anthony Fuentes, Bud Hungarter, Gerald Alderfer, and Joe Fuentes; Aunt Bonnie Ann Bergey; and cousin Christina Fuentes Whiton.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Thursday, June 4, 2026, St. Cyril of Jerusalem Church, 1410 Almshouse Road, Jamison, PA, where relatives and friends will be received from 10:00 AM until the time of the mass. Interment will follow Mass at Doylestown Cemetery, Doylestown, PA.
