Nannette "Nan" Kardaszeski, beloved mother, left us peacefully on August 18, 2026, at the age of 93. She was born in Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania, to Frank and Florence Praszek (Glitzer). A longtime resident of Doylestown, Nan treasured over 60 years of marriage with her beloved husband, Ed. Together, they embraced life by the ocean in Fenwick Island, Delaware, extending their "3-year plan" into a joyful decade before returning to Doylestown and becoming members of the Pine Run community.
Professionally, Nan distinguished herself as an Executive Secretary, contributing her expertise to esteemed organizations such as Amerada Hess Corporation, Presidential Airways, and the Department of the Navy at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division.
The true essence of Nan’s heart lay with her family, who brought her endless joy. She is survived by her daughters: Susan Walker and husband Howard, Judy Ewald and husband Raymond, Nanette A. Kardaszeski and her partner Bernadette Raymond. Her legacy continues through her seven grandchildren—Lauren Ewald; Kelly DiFilipo and husband Doug; Evan Ewald and wife Liz; Matt Ewald and wife Rachel; Nathan Walker; Gregory Walker and wife Jess; Julia Walker and fiancé Walker Troy—and four precious great-grandchildren, Abby and Luca DiFilipo, Jake and Sophie Ewald.
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Nan's life on Saturday, August 29, 2026, Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM, Our Lady Of Mount Carmel Church, where relatives and friends will be received from 9:30 - 10:15 AM.
