Valerie I. Monaco

August 1, 1950 — September 6, 2025

Valerie I. Monaco, a beloved mother and grandmother, peacefully departed this world on September 6, 2025, surrounded by her cherished friends and family. Born on August 1, 1950, in Philadelphia, PA, Valerie's journey through life was marked by her unwavering kindness and fierce loyalty, traits that endeared her to all who knew her.

Valerie devoted much of her professional life as an administrative assistant, supporting various law firms and medical offices. However, her heart truly thrived when she embraced her role as a dedicated homemaker. Her home was a sanctuary filled with love, laughter, and warmth, qualities that shone through during the many vibrant parties she hosted. Whether it was a birthday celebration or a simple gathering, Valerie transformed any occasion into an unforgettable experience, with beautifully decorated venues, delicious food, and an atmosphere of fun that drew friends and family together.

Her love for fashion was evident; she always dressed to impress, radiating elegance and style wherever she went. She enjoyed pampering herself by frequenting hair and nail salons, creating lasting friendships with the staff along the way. These experiences were a testament to her outgoing nature and the joy she found in connecting with others.

Valerie's proudest accomplishments lay in the two incredible sons she raised, Michael and Steven, each now leading lives filled with compassion and strength. The families they created brought her immense pride, particularly her role as a grandmother to Justin, Alyssa, Mason, and Parker. She devoted herself to nurturing these relationships, always eager to support and uplift them in their pursuits.

Though her beloved husband, Matthew Monaco, has preceded her in death, Valerie's spirit remains alive in the hearts of her surviving family. She leaves behind her sons Michael and Steven, daughters-in-law Jennifer and Lisa, and her adored grandchildren, Justin, Alyssa, Mason, and Parker. Each of them carries forward her legacy of love and kindness, a testament to the remarkable woman she was.

Valerie will be remembered not just for her warmth and generosity, but also for the indelible mark she left on every life she touched. A visitation in her honor will take place on September 11, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Reed & Steinbach Funeral Home 2335 Lower State Road Doylestown, PA, where a funeral service will follow at 11AM.  Interment to follow the service in Doylestown Cemetery.

In celebrating Valerie's life, we remember her laughter, her dedication, and her unwavering spirit—a true beacon of love that will forever endure in the memories of those who had the privilege of knowing her.
