Alexandra “Ali” Leigh Tomzack of Chalfont, Pa was called to heaven on Friday, September 30, 2022. She was 37 years old and the beloved fiancée of Richard Keczely.
Residing in Bucks County, Pa. Ali is survived by her mother and stepfather, Lynda and Mark Terry, stepmother, Mary Beth Tomzack, older sister and brother-in-law, Jessica and Nick Clark, twin sister, Carly Tomzack, and niece and nephew Mia and Miles. She was preceded in death by her father, Larry Tomzack.
Ali was a graduate of Central Bucks West High School and Penn State University with a Bachelor of Education. She was an adored special education teacher and a cross country coach in the Jenkintown School District.
Those who had the opportunity to meet Ali, even briefly, were impacted by her positivity and kindness. She brought color and joy to everything and everyone she touched. She had a gift of instilling confidence into her students both in the classroom and on the trails.
You could find Ali outside running, rollerblading or playing tennis, always inseparable from Carly, her twin sister. In the summertime you could find Ali down the shore on the “little” boat with her puppy children wearing life jackets swimming in the ocean. She loved a fire burning as soon as it was “cold” and she always found new ways to craft and decorate, no color unused.
Ali was compassionate, kind and silly, always doing the most inappropriate things at the most appropriate times.
She lived by the words, “Today is a good day to have a good day”. While Ali’s passing has taken a piece of each of our hearts, she will always beat in each of us.
Relatives and friends are invited to her memorial Mass at 12 p.m., Saturday, October 8, 2022 at St. Jude Church, 321 West Butler Ave, Chalfont, where the family will greet guests from 10 a.m., until the time of Mass. Interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Ali’s name may be made one of her cherished causes: The Humane Society of the United States, 1255 23rd Street, NW, Suite 450, Washington, DC 20037 (https://secured.humanesociety.org) or Easterseals Eastern Pennsylvania, 1501 Lehigh Street, Suite 201, Allentown, PA 18103 (https://secure.easterseals.com).
