Janet Coulton of New Britain passed away at home with her family by her side. She was just shy of her 95th birthday. She was the wife of the late Frank L. Coulton, Jr.
Born in Doylestown she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Laura (Swartz) Hamilton.
Janet contributed to the community by volunteering at New Britain Baptist Food Larder and Charity Circle. She had a wide variety of interests including bowling, playing cards with family and friends, playing the penny slot machines at the casino, spending time with friends in Brigantine, NJ, watching the Flyers and Phillies and attending Iron Pigs games. She enjoyed putting jigsaw puzzles together with her daughters.
She was a joy to her family and will be greatly missed.
Janet is survived by her daughters: Jill, Betsy (Ray), Melissa (Bob) and son, Ron.
Per her wishes, Janet’s interment will be private in Beulah Cemetery.
