Patricia M (Koschorreck) Smith of Doylestown went home to be with our Lord on Sunday, September 17. She was 77 years old. Patricia’s loving and devoted children tirelessly made sure she was surrounded with unconditional love during the last few difficult weeks of her life here on earth.

Most of all her family came first, she was a true blessing to each and every one she met and once she touched your life she was someone you would never forget. She will be forever in our hearts.
